Chalka Teacher Attendance, scores and reports

Attendance, results and homework.

Features

What you can do from your phone.

The register

Open your class, tap Mark all present, then change the few children who are not there. Every roll call is saved against the class and the date.

Scores

Pick the term and the subject, then enter CA and exam marks for the whole class on one screen, side by side. The save button counts what you changed before you commit it.

Report cards

Each child's report shows what is still missing: the scores, your remark, the trait ratings. When the class is complete you submit it for review in one action.

Your day

The app opens on your timetable with the current period marked, and under it the registers for today and where each of your classes stands.

Parents

Every thread is about one child, so there is no group chat and no personal number to hand out. Administrators can review messages, which protects you as much as the parent.

Calendar and notices

Term dates, events, days with no school and urgent notices from the office. Filter to the whole school or to your own classes.

Your school has to be using Chalka already.

Ask your head teacher or proprietor before you download this. If your school is not on Chalka yet and you think it should be, show them the school day.
