Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SchoolOS and SchoolOS Staff mobile applications operated by Axiom Labs. By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Apps. Continued use of the Apps after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.
2. Platform Use
Parents and guardians use SchoolOS to manage pickup authorization and view fee clearance status. School administrators use SchoolOS Staff to manage students, staff accounts, and fee records. Administrators are responsible for the accuracy of data entered for their school and for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Impersonate another person or guardian
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform
4. No Warranties
The Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
